Bon Para, Dan Para and Son Para were looking for the Dragon Balls, under the command of Mutchy Mutchy, cardinal of Planet Luud. During their journey, they came across Goku and the crew, who were also traveling the universe in search of the Dragon Balls.

Attempting to steal the Dragon Ball from Goku and the crew, the Para Para Brothers were defeated and failed the mission. As a punishment, Mutchy Mutchy turned them into dolls and had them absorbed by Luud...
