Surpass Goku! The Reinvention of Vegeta

Unchecked use of the Dragon Balls led to our heroes unwittingly creating the Shadow Dragons... And so began Goku's greatest battle. Would he be able to defeat all seven dragons and save the Earth from absolute peril? Meanwhile, Vegeta was growing impatient...

When we first fought, the situation was reversed. My power dwarfed his. I was his better in every single aspect. And yet, inexplicably... I failed to defeat him.

I was spared... so that he could defeat me in a future encounter, without the help of his friends. Ever since then, Kakarot has managed to worm his way into my mind... and annoy me to no end!

...Or so I thought. Somehow, the fool managed to outdo me at every turn. Reaching Super Saiyan was no exception.

Ultimately, I was vanquished, entrusting Kakarot with the task of avenging our race. Of putting Frieza down once and for all. And in the clash that ensued, he became the warrior of legend, the Super Saiyan.

After that first battle, the desire to beat him lit a fire within me. It consumed me. I lived for nothing else. I swore to bring him to his knees! How? It mattered not...
