Overcoming the staggering loss of his father, Gohan made a lone stand against the sinister Cell and vanquished the monster. Earth's protectors were now free to begin their lives anew, while Goku settled on the planet of his former mentor, King Kai.

Time went on, and it was decided that the Intergalactic World Tournament, a grand martial arts contest pitting the finest warriors in one arena, was to be held on Earth.

In addition to a hefty cash prize and hot springs vacation, the winner would receive the honor of challenging the monarch of martial arts himself: Hercule. Among the many challengers was none other than...

Aw, cripes. Gohan, Trunks and Piccolo have entered the tourney?!

Gimme a break... So much for my hot springs vacay...

Wh-Why're those titans entering this two-bit excuse for a tournament?!

At this rate, I'll actually have to tangle with one of 'em... I gotta do something about that!

The Intergalactic World Tournament semi-finals were in full swing! The next match saw Krillin take the stage against Piccolo!

You gotta be kidding me, I'm fighting Piccolo?!

Piccolo seems to have abandoned the fight...making Krillin the winner!

Gohan, Trunks and Krillin had made it safely through the semi-finals. The time had come at last for the Intergalactic World Tournament finals to commence!

And now for the finals! Whoever is crowned the winner will be bestowed the ultimate honor, a chance to fight Hercule!

Galactic Warriors are poised at battle zones in each cardinal direction. The first to defeat them and return here will be declared victorious!

Sh-She's strong. Like, REALLY strong!

Enter one of the Galactic Warriors... Her strength was enough to push even Krillin into a corner! But who... or what was she?

The Intergalactic World Tournament finals took a shocking turn when Krillin was felled by a Galactic Warrior. Was this to be the start of dark times...? Meanwhile, Trunks was preparing for his own battle zone clash...

The Intergalactic World Tournament was reaching its climax when dire changes to the cast were made... The Galactic Warriors who were supposed to fight in the finals had been replaced by a mysterious band of villains!

Earth is in for a bumpy ride...

But wait... Could this be Boujack's doing?!

A heinous character who tried to destroy the North, South, East and West Galaxies some eons ago.

I, along with the other Kais, managed to seal him inside a star in the outer rim of the cosmos.

Huh? So why would he be here then?

Goku... You are to be blamed for this.

The battle between you and Cell messed my planet up.

My untimely death undid the seal on Boujack.

And now, Earth is his new target.

Good thing Gohan's there to stop him!

The truth had come out at last. Breaking free from the seal, Boujack and his dastardly crew had made quick work of the real Galactic Warriors and assumed their roles! Unaware of this, Gohan arrived at his battle zone, only to be surprised at the incredible fighting prowess of his foe...

I rather like this planet-shaped rock of yours.

Sensing the foul play, Yamcha and Tien rushed to Gohan's rescue. Unfortunately for them, Boujack's three underlings, Bujin, Bido and Zangya, were far too strong. They quickly dispatched the valiant duo...

You'll pay for that!

Boujack, the intergalactic bandit who was sealed by the 4 Kais after wreaking havoc in the galaxy, had come back to life and made his appearance on Earth! In order to protect the defenseless Earth after Goku's death, Gohan stood up to fight!

Haaaaaaaah!

Boujack's strength proved too immense for even the seasoned Piccolo. The Namekian warrior had fallen! Was Earth about to be left at the mercy of Boujack's evil whims...?!

Yaaaaagh!

Hee hee...

Hraaaaaagh!

Hope you brought a casket!

Boujack's already massive power had jumped to unfathomable heights! Not even Vegeta and Trunks' combined strength could faze the behemoth... Earth could rely on but one now...Gohan!

Earth's warriors fell one by one before Boujack's seemingly invincible might. And though his son and friends were in mortal danger, Goku could only look on...

C'mon, King Kai! Isn't there anything we can do?!

Afraid not...

Pushed to the corner by Boujack's formidable fighting power, Gohan was saved by his father Goku...?! With the encouragement of his father, will Gohan be able to get back on his feet again?

Some much-needed encouragement from Goku had sparked the flame of Gohan's true power. A single mighty blow from the awakened Super Saiyan crushed the evil Boujack into mere dust...

You did it, son! I'm proud of you.

My, my, Goku. That was some stunt you pulled.

Oh, never mind. I blinked, so I can't be sure of what happened.

Ha ha ha!

And so, the curtain fell on Boujack's baleful machinations. Earth was safe once more. Earth would remain safe and sound, so long as the planet had its young protector...

"Hercule Saves Earth Yet Again" The Intergalactic World Tournament, the latest in a string of mortal crises, finally drew to a close, sparking a wave of shock and surprise in news headlines everywhere.

Can you believe it?

Not only did Hercule steal the credit for beating Cell, but he's claimed the win against Boujack was all his doing too!

I-I'll give you the prize money!
