Chapter 1

Hm, hm, hmm...

Mmm! These sweets are the best!

Hey, Rangiku, stop slacking and get to work on those files.

You haven't finished any yet.

I'm already working on them!

Don't you know? Doing office work really strains my shoulders.

Mostly because of my boobs.

I don't need reports like that from you.

Plus, having sweets when you're tired is supposed to make you feel more refreshed!

I'd accept that excuse if you actually did your work.

Oh, Captain, did you already buy return gifts?

Return? For what? Just get back to work already.

Don't pretend like you don't know! I'm talking about White Day gifts!

I saw you get Valentine's chocolates from Momo.

Well, yes, I did get sweets on Valentine's, or whatever that day was.

If you get chocolates for Valentine's, you have to give something back on White Day.

Is that how it works?

That's exactly how it works! Come on, there's no time to be chatting!

Let's get that gift right now!

Uh, okay.

So, if Valentine's is about chocolate, what's the deal with White Day?

It's not like you have to get chocolate for Valentine's Day either, but...

...there isn't really a set gift that you should be going with for White Day.

Which means?

I would say, typically, you just go with a certain shop or a gift and get presents for people depending on who you're giving it to.

Oh, and the rule is, the gift has to be worth at least three times the price of what you received.

Now that you mention it, I do remember you talking about that. I didn't expect all these rules though.

And I have no idea what I should get.

Don't think about it too deeply.

It's about how you feel and...

Rangiku!

Sorry to keep you waiting!

Sh-Shuhei?

What's with those clothes?

I present to you! My feelings from the other day!

Excuse me!

Did Shuhei come this... There he is!

Izuru, Renji?

Hey now! What's going on here?

W-Well, since it's almost White Day, we were talking about what to get for gifts.

But for your gift, Rangiku, we thought we should just ask you what you want in person.

So then he changed into those clothes and just started running off...

Talk about trying too hard.

Rangiku! What would you like for White Day?

If it's something I can do, please tell me! I'll do anything! Anything you desire!

Hmm... Anything?

Of course!

Well, is that so?

Then let me think about it!

Ugh... This is just delaying work even more.
