3 scenes, 22 lines
1. Before the battle
11 linesThank you very much for today.
No, I'm sorry for keeping you all out so late and putting you in the way of danger.
Not at all! It allowed us to once again see our inexperience.
I'll get as strong as you are, so I can take 'em down in a flash like that!
You're only freshmen. Don't put yourselves down like that.
When I told you all to run, you all stood ready to fight. Building that natural reaction to battle is enough.
The errands helped too. At first, I couldn't rely on you, but nowadays you deal with things swiftly.
That's all down to your guidance as well.
I didn't tell you anything major. Although, now that I think of it, I've taught you all that I can.
All the pieces you're missing and areas you need to work on you can see for yourself now. So, my guidance ends here today.
From tomorrow on, make strides forward by training yourselves.
2. Before the boss
5 linesBefore we finish, will you go one-on-one with me? No holding back, of course.
Renji?!
I wanna physically feel just how strong you are!
Are you sure you don't want me to hold back?
Yeah, give me all you got!
3. After the battle
6 linesYou beat me to a pulp.
You're the one who said not to hold back.
Dammit... I've gotten a bit stronger, and I thought maybe I could go toe-to-toe with you.
Like that would be the case.
I suppose that's the difference in ability between a first and sixth year.
Right. Tomorrow, we start working hard again.
