There're these mechanical hands that form the shape of the rice and wrap them in complicated packages by the dozens every day.

Also to note is the packaging.

If you look closely, you'll see that there's numbers on it.

If you pull the ends of the wrapper according to the numbers, the seaweed automatically sticks to the rice ball, and you can eat it without getting your hands sticky!
