Well, Halibel wanted to give her hardworking Fracciónes something to reward them. So, for her sake, I'm using my walk to ask other Fracciónes what their Espada would have to do to make them happy.
But there's been no "eureka" moment, and I remain stumped.
Out of curiosity, what do you think would work, Aizen?
They're already living their lives the way they want to. Let them do what they want.
They seem to be happy to do things for their masters and to see their masters pleased. Those masters should just accept them as they are.
If you must do something to feel satisfied, why not do something you enjoy, something you want to do for others, or something that makes you happy when done for you?
Now that you mention it, that does seem to fit with the answers I got today.
