Chapter 3: More Trouble?!

So, care to explain?

Where did all of your Gigai go?!

That's what I wanna know!

Kon, you were back home before Ichigo. Did you happen to see them?

Well, uh... When I got home, the only Gigai around was the kid's one in front of the house.

Who are you calling a kid?!

Rangiku, are you sure the Soul Candies you got were legitimate?

Of course! They're new products from the Department of Research and Development, but I made sure to pick the best sellers.

If they're already on the market, there's a low probability they were tampered with.

Rukia, you always use the same Soul Candy. Where'd your Gigai go?

I have no idea. This has never happened before.

Whatever happened, we can't change it now.

Rangiku, contact the Soul Society to see if they know anything about the Soul Candies and check for any updates about this mission.

Everyone else will investigate the locations where Hollows have been appearing, and at the same time, search for our Gigai. Got it?

Understood. Let's go, Ichigo, Renji!

Residential areas, near the train station... These places are pretty ordinary. Is there even a pattern to them?

Either way, we can't just wait for the Hollows to appear.

According to our data, there seems to be a trend where one Hollow's appearance triggers subsequent Hollows to show up. Ichigo, does that seem to be the case?

............

What's wrong, Ichigo? Is something on your mind?

What's that? Flowers and toys? It looks pretty messed up.

Probably the doing of some bad-mannered delinquents. If I ever find them, I'll beat them up.

The flowers still look fresh.

Yeah, there was an accident on that street about a week ago. Someone's been leaving flowers every day.

Did you perform the Konso?

No. By the time I noticed, there was no one here. I assume they already passed on.

I see.

Let's go. We need to check out all the other spots too, right?
