Happy birthday, Toshiro.
Birthdays don't mean much to those of us from the Rukon District.
We weren't born here like the nobles.
We're all the same. No one really remembers the day he was born.
We all have to trust another's word on the matter.
............
Hey, when is your birthday, Rangiku?
I don't know. Things like that had no meaning before I met you.
Then, the day we first met is your birthday.
All right? What do you say, Rangiku?
............
It doesn't matter if it's true or not.
Just having a birthday makes one happy, I think.

Thanks, Aizen.
Thank you, Hinamori.
Thank you, Matsumoto.
You're welcome.
