Chapter 5

Whaaat?! I didn't notice at all!

Osushi, are you okay? You're not hurt, are you?

*Whimper*

Seriously, what kind of owner just leaves their dog unattended like that? You gotta have some sense of responsibility!

Technically, we're the ones in charge of them.

............

Well, now that we're all here, let's do something together!

You aren't going to swim, Ninny?

...Nah. Don't really feel like it.

Now that you mention it, I don't think I've ever seen you in the water.

I mean, yeah. I've never come to the beach with you guys before, right?

I suppose there was never a need to actually swim even when we did photoshoots at the beach.

Whoa, even Macy's never seen you swim? I guess that makes today pretty special, then!

Ugh, you're making a big deal out of nothing. I just don't feel like it, okay?

...Ninny, don't tell me...

Anyway! Where's Osushi gone? He isn't getting into trouble again, is he?

Oh, Osushi? He's over there.

*Pant* *Pant* *Pant*

I taught him the basics earlier, but he got the hang of it in a flash! Isn't he amazing? He's a genius! An adorable, clever little genius!

Even Osushi can swim now? I see...

What are you getting at, Niiha?

...Hold up, he's not even swimming! He's just floating using his wings! That doesn't count!

Aww, you're so good at this, Osushi!

Look at you gliding across the water! As elegant as a swan, no, as dainty as a fairy!

Use your eyes, will you? That's not swimming!

*Whine*

It's getting late. We should think about packing up soon.

What, already? But I wanted to spend more time with you, Nina!

We haven't even gone swimming together yet...

We've had enough fun for one day, haven't we? Let's get going.

I guess we'll be heading back tomorrow, huh?

Yes.

Still, I'm glad we came, even if it was part of a mission. Sometimes it's nice to just take some time off and relax together.

Yeah! I hope we can all come here again sometime!
