Chapter 2

But the important news is there's a guy in town who has the power to defeat Hollows! He wears a cape and flies through the air like a hero!

I think his name's Michel, isn't it?

Yeah. I think that was what she called him. Things were a little hectic. Who in the hell is this guy?

Whaaat? You really have no idea?

You're so behind!

He's the handsome Spiritualist everyone's raving about! He's really cool! Everybody's crazy about him! He's good-looking, friendly, and he can fly through the air with his cape!

He's become so popular, they're even selling replicas of his cape! These days, you hardly see anyone in town who doesn't have one!

Sorry guys, but you look lame.

These capes reflect his heroism! In fact, you hardly see anyone in town without one!

What's going on?! I thought you weren't even interested in men!

Oh, I wasn't?

I have a picture of the love of your life! It happens to be my favorite photo of Orihime!

She's a nice-looking girl.

What?! That's all you have to say?

She is a cute girl. But what more did you really expect me to say? I'm a girl myself.

Are you serious?

What was Michel like when you met him?

You're so lucky! I wish I could have met him!

He was no help, believe me! All the guy did was get in my way! And no matter what you think, there's no such thing as a perfect guy who's both handsome and pleasant!

Yes, there is. It just doesn't happen to be you!

Come to think of it, why is Michel in Karakura Town?

Maybe he's also here to investigate the activities of the Arrancar! If that's so, we could team up with him!

So if we go investigate the Arrancar, we might run into Michel, as well.

All right! Let's all go meet him!

What?!
