Gin

Today, we'll take a look at one of the events we host here, as I tell you some of the strengths and unique abilities of the Espada.

Kaname

I understand not everyone has arrived yet, but allow me to begin my explanation about the battle game we will be having today.

All participants will be separated into several teams. In other words, this game will be a team tournament.

As for the rules and how we will separate into teams...

Yammy

Hey. Why do we have to do this? It sounds so stupid.

I'm out. You guys go on and do your lame thing without me.

Gin

Oh, dear. And there he goes. I hope his team won't be at a disadvantage because he left.

Grimmjow

What's the point in teaming up anyway? One on one is good enough if all we're trying to do is kill each other.

Nnoitora

There's no rule saying we can't kill our teammates either, right? Why not just kill everyone on the field?

Grimmjow

That's a good idea.

Kaname

You think I'd allow such a thing? We are not looking to vacate the seats of our Espada here. This is simply a training fight in the form of a war game.

Barragan

I came out here for mere child's play? What a shame.

Well, do what you will. There's no reason for me to personally deal with this. My subordinates will do just fine against you.

Gin

Well, unfortunately...

Aizen

This training will be fought on a stage that has been prepared especially for you Espada.

I went ahead and took your Fracciónes aside so that you may display your own powers today.

Barragan

What?

Aizen

I want you all to fight against each other using the skills you normally wouldn't use, in order to prepare for the day when we will need to fight for real.

Only for this event, I will lift the rules regarding any actions prohibited under the canopy of Las Noches. I wish you a good fight.

Barragan

So in essence, he took our Fracciónes as hostage. A likely way for him to do things.

Halibel

Mind your words, Barragan. I'm sure he's doing this with something in mind.

Gin

You don't have to worry so much. They'll be returned to you as soon as this is over.

Kaname

I'll explain the rest on our way. Let's head over to the arena.

Kaname

Now, do you all understand the rules to this training battle?

Gin

In other words, it's a turf war.

You protect the flag in your own base while trying to capture everyone else's. You can take back your flag if another team takes it.

Whichever team has the most flags at the end of the game wins.

If the game ends and you haven't been able to retrieve your own flag, your team automatically loses, so keep that in mind.

Kaname

Aside from the flag in each team's base, there will also be smaller flags that will be counted the same way as your team flags.

The little flags are scattered all around the battlefield, so it's up to your team whether you want to search for these and collect them, or simply steal the ones that the other teams have.

Grimmjow

I don't need to hear all these detailed rules. The point is to beat everyone else up and take all the flags, right?

Gin

That's the gist of it, yes. But it won't be as easy as you think.

Grimmjow

What's that supposed to mean?

Kaname

We will now begin. Get to your positions.
