Chapter 1: Another Lieutenant Swap

We're doing the lieutenant swap again?!

But the last time we did this, it ended up being a disaster.

Yes, I received reports from some of you. However, as a whole it raised squad morale and people were able to gain from it.

Taking these results into consideration, we have decided to extend the period of the lieutenant exchange.

So we're doing this for roughly one week?

I learned a lot from the last time we did this, and that was only for a day.

But this time it'll be longer, which means I'll probably be able to learn even more from the other squads.

Right, I hope all of you will have the same mindset as Momo as we begin our exchange.

I guess this could turn out to be a meaningful experience, depending on which squad we're assigned to.

I really hope I get a normal squad this time...

I'm so glad I was assigned to Squad 10. It reassures me to be able to work with someone I know.
