Chapter 1: The Hero Returns?!

Hah!

Roaaar...

Phew...

Hollow! Hollow!

Again?! How many of them are there today?!

Ichigo, sorry I'm late.

No, thanks for coming. Looks like the number of Hollows is increasing by a lot all of a sudden.

Seems like it. There were a few on the way over here from the school.

Uryu headed off to another place. It might be better for us to split up, too.

Yeah, you're right.

Haagh!

Roaaar...

Tch.

Watch out behind you, boy!

Huh? K-Kanonji?!

Kanonji's Final Hidden Technique, Cannon Ball!!!

That was a close call, my number one pupil. However, now that I am here, you can rest assured!

I didn't ask for you to come. What are you doing here?

Great question!

As you know, Spirit Hunter is now on its 4000th episode.

I don't really care, but you've been doing this that long?

We're doing a special at Karakura Town, since it has left such a deep impression in my heart!

I'm only here to do a site survey today, but then I smelled something bad floating around town. I knew it was something serious.

If you already know, then I need to get going. There's other Hollows I have to fight.

Don't be such a stranger, my number one pupil! Helping each other in times of need is what superheroes do!

And there's something I want to ask you to do for my special.

No.
