Bleach: Brave Souls story ยท Event, Scoop! The Captain Next Door
Chapter 3: Thoughts and Requests
Scoop! The Captain Next Door. Shuhei has come up with a new idea thanks to Tetsuzaemon's comments. He quickly makes his next move to talk to the people in question.
3 scenes, 23 lines
1. Before the battle
9 linesIzuru! Is Captain Ohtoribashi in?!
He took a few men and went somewhere.
I see. Do you know when he might be back?
I don't think it's work related since he mentioned something about inspirations and whatnot, so I have no clue.
If you're in a rush, I'm pretty sure I can get a hold of him. Did something happen?
No, it's not that important. I don't want to interrupt him. It's my fault for coming without prior notice.
I want to come by for an interview with Captain Ohtoribashi sometime in the near future. Can you relay the message?
Sure thing.
(Yeah, I can split the new captains' feature for the next issue too.)
2. Before the boss
9 linesSince I'll be saving Squad 3 for next time, I'll have to figure out how to divide the eight pages this time.
Hey there. You seem a bit troubled. Is something wrong?
I was just thinking about a topic to write about in the Seireitei Bulletin.
Do you still need a topic? Then I have a perfect one. Would you like to hear it?
What is it?
You see, I tend to bonsai plants as part of my hobby. I'm not too sure about what's actually considered good or bad, since I'm not a professional.
But just a few moments ago, I think I achieved the best trimming job I've ever done!
Maybe you can put it in the open spot? They say greenery calms the soul, so I wouldn't say it's a bad idea, don't you think?
Well, uh, Captain Ukitake...
3. After the battle
5 linesYou see, we actually have a lot of pages we need to fill, so it's gotta be a bigger feature.
As for your bonsai, I think we'll consider it during a better season, eventually...
Oh, all right. If the season doesn't feel right, then I guess it can't be helped.
When the time comes, it'd be great if you could do a bonsai feature.
Of course. I'll be sure to come to you when we do.
