Chapter 2: Find Useful Items!

Alright, did you return everything you had back to the shelves?

We've finally found a good store. I want to see how this place will work for us.

But don't just toss everything you see into the basket like you were doing.

I'll go through and check each one before you actually buy it. Got that?

Oh-kay.

This "handy goods" section is really interesting.

This place has everything. I wonder how they can keep their store running when their products are all so cheap.

Huh? Rukia! And Lieutenant Abarai, too!

Hanataro?! Why are you here in the world of the living?

I'm here on an assessment mission!

Captain Unohana sent me to look for medicines that might be useful for first aid.

I see. But this isn't a drug store.

Well, I think I might be a little lost.

But then, I saw how amazing this store was! There are so many things here!

It's actually harder to choose what we need when we're presented with such a wide variety of choices.

Then, how about this? We'll have a little contest to see who can find the best item from this "handy goods" section.

It'll be more efficient than randomly searching through the entire store. You can join us, too.

Oh, alright!

So you guys got your items?

Muhahaha. I've found myself quite an interesting product.

I-I'm pretty confident in my item too.

Right, then ready? Show down!

Hmm.

Hanataro's is a case that shows how cooked your boiled egg is by displaying it in color, huh? This could be quite useful.

Your apple peeler is a pretty good find too, Rukia. It'll save time, and it'll make eating apples a lot easier.

There's a frequent use for electronics in the world of the living, so I think this cord clip is really useful too, Lieutenant Abarai.

Hrm. It's hard to determine what's best.

Let's have Captain Hitsugaya make the final decision.

Captain Hitsugaya! We picked out a few things!

H-Hello. I hope you might find them interesting.

So, what are these?

These are our best picks from the "handy goods" section!

These may be handy, I'm sure, but are they necessary for our missions in the world of the living?

Understand now? So, that's a "no!"
