Chapter 2: Searching For the Elusive Donuts

I can't find 'em... I'm getting tired, Shinji.

If you're tired, just give it up and let's go home.

No wayyyy! I want to eat those donuts!!!

I was a whole street away from you guys, but I could still hear your voices. What are you doing?

Hey, hey, Carrot-Top! Do you know about the magical donuts?!

What the hell is that?

I'm being dragged around to find them. Do you know anything?

Uh... I don't know about any magical donuts, but there are pretty good donuts at the café I'm about to go to.

They're actually really good. I heard they were even featured on TV.

That's it! That has to be the magical donuts!

Wait, hey!

Does she know where the café is?

Well, I'm gonna take this chance to go home.

Uh, I don't think you should just let her roam free.

Doooonuts! Magical doooonuts!

Hey, Mashiro! Don't run off so fast!

Oh, right. She's really fast at running.

Ah-hah! You're trying to stop me from getting to the café, aren't you?!

Why would I do that? Listen to me for once.

Well, I'm not gonna let you do that! Tahhhh!

I don't care if you go off on your own, but do you even know where the café is?

Oh, you're right.

*Sigh* What's the point of sprinting off on your own then?

You're just too slow!

So now it's my fault?!

Calm down. Good thing we were able to catch up.

I'm hungry after all that running. Let's all go together!
