Chapter 2

The shop that stocks the Captain's favorite tea is...

Shall we prepare some now, then?

I think so.

Head Captain and Lieutenant Chojiro, what brings you here today?

We were just discussing which tea and sweets to serve at the next tea ceremony.

Oh, what a coincidence. I'm actually also about to buy some tea. We just ran out, so...

I see. Follow us, then.

Oh, rea-! Ah! Please wait a moment, Head Captain!

Well, which one will you try? It's a bit unusual, perhaps, but how about this one? It's one that I prepare myself...

Oh, I couldn't use something so valuable at a little get-together like ours.

I couldn't possibly accept tea leaves that you personally prepared.

Well, how about some of mine?

We-well...

What's going on here?

Captain Unohana!

Rukia here was off to buy some tea. I thought I might share a little of my personal favorite...

There's no need to be shy.

It's ju-just that...

Head Captain, can you not see that you're making her uncomfortable?

I had no intention of doing so.

Allow me to apologize.

Take care, Rukia.
