To build a Sister-themed amusement park right here in Tokorozawa. I'll call it SAITAMA Nobbuland!

That's why I've been collecting Mini Nobus; I'm going to have them build and staff the park!

I'll admit, I've dreamed of opening an IZUMO Okuniland of my own one day, too...

But building a local theme park like that would be a very risky endeavor.

Exactly. No one's going to want to go to Nobbuland. Now, SAITAMA Shinsengumiland, on the other hand...
