1. Before the battle
33 linesOkay, everyone, let's get going. Make sure to stick close to me, okay?
(Thud, Thud, Thud) It's so big and cool.
Nice and slow.
It feels as safe as being back home...
Hehe, right?
I was sure we would get along great when I heard you all liked sunbathing...
...so I'm so happy I could have these made for you.
As the designated chaperone for this mission, I have to agree.
Cows are certainly symbols of gentleness and blessings, but they're also equally strong and, well, cool.
In a way, it's like getting two great tastes for the price of one.
Besides, there are a surprising number of stories about amazing cows from all around the world.
Like Iskandar's God Bull.
That one does seem like it might be a bit wild for my tastes, though.
Now that you mention it, I too have heard stories of a spiritual beast known as the divine Rainbow Ox. Though I expect Taigong Wang and Nezha would know more about it than I.
There's something so cute about miniature cows, isn't there?
You know, I've always loved cows, too. They have such warm eyes, and they're such hard workers...
It said, "Elephants are hard workers, too!" ...I think.
Yes, that's certainly true too. And you're adorable as well, aren't you? Ooh, it's so cute how you get jealous.
(Gasp)
...Ahem.
Anyway, we should reach our destination soon. Let's hope this plan worked.
(Nice work snapping yourself out of it, Sister!)
Oh, that must be it over there. Well? What do you think?
Check out how big and heavy my cow is.
I look strong!
Wanna go for a ride?
...???
They're riding around the kelpie looking smugger than I thought possible.
They definitely don't seem tempted by the kelpie in the slightest anymore.
Oh my, what a relief.
It might not be easy to fight on those things, but they should still be able to deal the final blow while riding them.
So now that we know the Con are safe, our job is the same as it was before.
Indeed! Keep an eye on them to make sure they do not inadvertently end up on a horse's back, and send them back where they came from!
